I just picked up a 2003 ninja 250 and this install was one of the first things I did. The walk through was very helpful! I have just one question... You say to set the high temp to 200º and the over temp to 210º. When I fired mine up and did some light riding around the neighborhood my temp reached about 225º. Are the temperatures that you are using accurate meaning my bike is overheating? I noticed in your last picture your temperature is 212º and neither the yellow or red warning lights have come on.
