This is definitely a good safety feature to have along with the 2357 LL rear bulb.
Glad I bought one.
What's the difference between a 1157 bulb and a 2357 LL? As far as brightness for normal operation...none. However when braking the 2357 bulb is brighter than the 1157 (40 candela vs 32). The LL simply means longer life. No problem with bulb life here.
