So start by measuring voltage at battery terminals.
Then measure voltage at the next cable-connector, main fuse and solenoid.
Do you get power past that at next downstream connector? When cranking?

Unfortunately, I do not have a voltmeter. However, I will be picking one up tomorrow. I'm not sure why I didn't think of that! Hopefully I'll be able to pinpoint the issue somewhere down stream. When testing the plugs, do you just stick the voltometer probes inside of the connector where the metal pieces/wire is?
