So, I picked up a set of stock wheels and gt501 tires for my 2007. 100 front 130 rear, and love them. (also bronze wheels on black bike) I want to change he worn tires out on my stock silver wheels for dirt bike tires with tubes.

I'm looking into the Shinko 244 tires in 3.00x16 front and rear because they are the only size I can find that look to fit.

Anyone done this before? I ride everyday to work, rain or shine but swap to my truck in the snow and deep cold, and this year I want to see if some dual sport tires and some protection might keep me on the bike year round.

Any suggestions or ideas would be great. I came to the ninja via scooters so the idea of more versatility really intrigues me.
