Well whatever works I guess. Personally I would prefer to not be a fatass.

I just ran 8.5 miles. Wasn't able to make ten because I went to the beach with someone who didn't have the patience to wait another 15 minutes for me to hit ten miles.

Oh well. Legs currently feeling very nice at the moment. Top of my head is still tingly.

Lifting again tomorrow. The sun sets, the moon rises, and corksil becomes more of a machine.
