Much exercise can be incorporated into everyday life. stairs over elevators is a classic.
You need about one hour a day, that's all. then it is diminishing returns. Here is an interesting study, if you look at the chart 10 hours a week prolongs life expectancy 4 years adding another 20 hours to make 30 hours a week! will only gain you another year.
