I'm 5'0" and wear joe rocket trixie leather pants which are on sale right now at bike bandit for $103.99. I have size M and normally wear size 4-6 pants. there a little big when wearing shorts underneath in the summer but i dont notice it when riding, never got too hot, and perfect with a pair of pants underneath on colder days. I don't find that they are long at all, but they do touch the ground when standing. I love them they are very comfortable and very affordable. here's link for bike bandit if you're interested.
