You live in SoCal! That is ground zero for Land Speed Racing. All you have to do is get a ruel book. Then build somthing. Dose not matter what. Get it through tech and run it down the track. After that all plans will change.
Mile racing is really taking off. The speeds are aproching 300 mph. Or if you are on a smaller engine . Car or bike under 150 mph. Honestly a mile is enough. And we race four or five times a year.
There are tracks springing up around the country.
