If you're dragging peg already, you're ready to learn how to drag knee instead. Work on body position! A youtube search brings up hundreds of great videos on proper body position. You want to drag knee rather than hard parts, but for what it's worth, nearly all of us start where you are. My first trip up to the mountains, I dragged muffler through a corner. lol!
