well, in a straight line 3rd gear roll on anyone can use all it has to offer engine wise
on a more serious note, if it actually does end up being an I4 250 it will be in my stable guaranteed
Power isn't everything in a bike, I quite like the I4 cbr650 since it makes a lot of sense and is a comfortable bike. I can see myself owning one of those as a sport touring/commuting bike down the line but am not in the market currently so it doesn't matter.
