I'm not aware of any differences in the air filter from '99 to '06. The change was made in '08.

I like Uni Filters, and Twin Air as well.

You will need some air filter oil also. I like the the aerosol oil. Just be sure to go very lightly, or you will choke the engine, and it will run poorly. One light pass with the oil is adequate.
