Only advice I give on group rides is stay in each other's mirrors. That way you can see each other and can tell if someone goes down. Then I get to the front as soon as possible to get away from all the idiots.
On the track it's a different story. I'll try a help anyone who asks. Sometimes it's as easy as follow me. Other times it's just, I'll follow you and tell you what I see, right or wrong.
