Sorry, I mis posted this.

I meant that Im having the same issues as Blackwidow "My Baby is Sick..." thread.

Battery is fully charge. Choke Fully Down/On.

Im just looking for ideas for if it IS the carbs, Ive cleaned them good (so I think) and I cant see anything wrong or clogged with them. Before I put everything back together and test start/run the bike again. I dont wanna waste time if i put it all back together and bike still runs crappy and have to take it all apart again.

Let me copy/paste a THREAD from my motorcycle clubs website. No one on there has exp with 250Rs.
