Dump it out with whatever juice you choose to put in there, and wash it out. Nuts work good as anything it's just about getting something in there to knock the rust off and some liquid to help it move around and make the clean up easier folks use all sorts of madness from water, to diesel, kerosene, vinegar, an on and on... I'm not really a fan of using water but I have
