Yup, the frame was bent and bike totaled. Police report has indicated that the driver of the car was at fault and should be cited for failing to yield to traffic. All my medical expenses, lost wages, etc will be covered from the other guy's insurance company. Got a good lawyer to make sure I get everything I can out of this situation...but I sure wish as hell I was still riding...owned my 250 for 7 months...and now have been off of it for 6 months. Life goes on though.
