Tried using the choke, nothing happened. Shut the choke off and still nothing. the motor turns but won't turn on.

If you guys need more info, feel free to ask. Any comments or ideas will help!
Wow. That makes a difference. I'd start with KELPHYNs advice. just putting it on prime should help your carbs get a flow.
