If they sprayed a heavy layer of urethane on everything I might expect that you will have some issues getting the sprocket to mount on the carrier, as well as getting the sprocket to slide on the splines of the countershaft.
Hopefully not too difficult to remove if required.

yes it was difficult to get on shaft as they dipped the whole thing. i told them about it. it really doesn't need coating on front. it wore off quickly. waiting for belt drive.
