Do you know if he edited fuel & ignition maps tables (like Excel spreadsheet), or if he just dumped full-maps to ECU? From what I can gather, 400 in factory trim is set up similarly to 300 & 250 with lean mid-range and super-rich high-end. Even with full-exhaust and intake, tuners are having to remove fuel from high-end.
