Hi guys i have a problem, My RPM Gauge don't move until i rev the bike, i don't know why.

First the RPM gauge is on 0 but after i rev the bike it moves fast to 2k RPM, and after that the RPM Gauge works normal, only happens when i turn off the bike and don't use like 20 or 30 min.

Also the oil and temp meter sometimes takes 10 seconds to turn off that could be also a problem?
