I've had a Givi bag since 2000 (15 years!) and its much better quality.

I am not prepared to pay shipping and then be told that I can't get a replacement. I am in Canada so shipping is much more, plus our dollar is only worth 79 cents in the US.

Live and learn. I will stick with the better brands. A quick search shows that there are lots of people with broken Cycle Guys packs. The materials on mine are very cheap and there's poor workmanship on the attachment points for the Velcro.
