Thank you so much guys , i learned a lot about crankshafts, one thing i noticed is that a pressed crankshaft is the best because you can just replace the crankpin anytime.

Next time i will be checking crankshaft methods of construction too before buying a bike ,honestly i was not prepared for this much trouble we thought it was only a carb issue because the engine was so quiet, well i will keep you guys updated if this welding will work or not , it might be a very radical solution but who knows, one thing about the ninja is that the engine parts are oversized or specced/constructed too much for its very low horsepower output might be for a longer engine lifespan.

i saw some stories online about a guy welding his honda cr250 crankshaft journal with a stick weld and he used an angle grinder and it worked this bike makes 45 horsepower , almost double of that of a ninja.
