Bike wouldn't idle , it still goes up and down from 1500 to 2500 every 1 second , its consistent , it doesnt hang , it just goes up and down like some moto gp bike that cant idle and the rider have to blip it everytime because there was no flywheel to store the rotational energy for the bike to idle.
The floats is our last hope now, it has come to our attention that we should try the old ex250f float bowls with the overflow tube and check for overflow , so far there was no overflow but also came to our attention was the float height , it was set to 19mm which is way too lean , now we had set it to exactly , 16.80mm using a digital caliper and and we put the old 250f float bowl to check for overflow , there was none , now we are just waiting for the carb to dry out in the sun(we use water to test overflowing) then we will put the stock zzr250 float bowl (assuming we have no gas overflowing and leaking with the 16.80mm float height
