How did it fail? I've had mine for nearly 5 years and no issues with it whatsoever (and I've had it on at the track at well over 150 mph on my CBR). That pic looks like mine. I had a friend change the tires on my bike a long time ago, and he didn't properly lock the seat down (the bag stayed on the cowl just fine) and it got a hole nearly identical to yours. Did your whole passenger seat/cowl come off along with the bag?
