Seat was secured properly and bag installed as directed. Cycle Guys have admitted to having manufacturing problems in China but will not stand behind this product. Oxford offers lifetime warranty but Cycle Guys can't even cover a bag that was used for 3 days. They don't answer their phone and you can't leave a message. Terrible company and customer service. My advice is buy the OEM Kawasaki tail bag or from another reputable company who stand behind their products. Cycle Guys do not warranty their pack at all so that says a lot!
