Thanks Peter. I bought this
speedo from Dime City Cycles. They have a nice one with indicator lights on it. I didn't get a tach since I wanted to save some money but I can always get it later if I wanted.
My bar end mirrors don't fold but you can get some on ebay for really cheap. If you like the look of the bar end mirrors you should get them. I really like mine. But like you were saying with your situation, I would look at mounting mirrors on the perches like ChicagoBob did.
