I have both the Saddleman AND the SW Motech.
Saddleman was for the wife, who is not as particular as me, while it's fin and comes with tons of straps, it fits very well on a pregen, but doesntl seem to work well on her versys. I fpund the saddleman to be acceptable, but not waterproof.
If anyone wants an inexpensive PreGen Bag, we can talk.

The Gears Canada does come with a rain cover, One complaint I have read of the Saddlemen is that it is not waterproof, I plan on using my camping dry bags to pack all my clothes, sleeping bag and stuff that needs to stay dry.
