Your best bet is to track down wiring diagram for your model year. Look at VIN plate and look at stickies at top of this sub-forum for diagram. Then restore all wiring back to factory condition.
Ignition-switch wiring must be exactly stock. If it's blowing fuse, something is not connected like stock. Factory condition is required because of anti-theft features; will not work otherwise.
Also starter circuit has some safety-interloc conditions that must be met to start (neutral gear, clutch-squeezed, etc.).
So download wiring diagram, trace each and every wire from beginning to end on diagram and make sure wiring on bike matches. You'll find some non-factory conditions. And when you repair and convert back to factory state, fuses will stop blowing and bike will start! Good luck!
