I used some needle nose pliers but they do make removal tools for those clamps. But 1. They’re expensive. 2. They were sold out at the two places I called. 3. These young kids have no idea what a C or E clamp is lol. Once I got the clamps off it was easy peasy. The spring and bolt fit like a charm into the aftermarket pegs. And they look cool.
