Not a chance. You have multiple issues. Such as dried rubber seals in petcock and carbs. With additional time, they will just dry up more and leak more. Usage won't matter. Same with clogged passageways in carbs. They will continue to accumulate more debris and dried petrol and get worse. Only fix is complete disassembly of carbs down to ever last individual components and thoroughly clean & scrub them to restore back to factory-fresh clean state.
