This is assuming you fill it to the brim with the bike upright and avoid the air pocket towards the top.
That MPG is also the average MPG of that tank, there will be instances where your MPG will fluctuate throughout the course of a tank of gas.
That being said, I would try not to push 200 miles. I regularly get around 55 MPG and I have ran out of gas twice at approximately 220 miles due to fluctuating riding habits.
