Thanks, I've been suffering alone for quite a long time. I don't make friends easily (for many reasons) and just don't have anyone to talk to about things. And, as the link Allanoue posted shows, mental health is expensive. $119 for 50 minutes....or $79 for 25. I'll see what's up with headshrink.
