Please please please, doublecheck the entire area before commencing practice.
Our club did a parking lot practice about a month ago. We setup cones, did the whole thing, at the end we started doing hard braking practice. One of our guys brakes and the front wheel simply washes out from under him.
Upon closer inspection, we found an area covered in melted candlewax. From a candlelight vigil last year. We somehow managed to avoid it during the slow practice but sure enough hit it at speed. Bike slid a LONG way and unfortunately met the curb about 50 yards down, breaking both forks.
