hey CZroe, how are the i5s working out? ive been meaning to make a new machine but, im still not sure if i should just wait it out a lil, until prices drop a little on the i7s.

REALLY good deal from Fry's and a great upgrade from his overclocked Athlon XP 3800+, 8800GT, Abit AN8-SLI, 2GB DDR400, system (one we built him a few years ago). It now puts my quad core Q6600 to shame (that CPU is seriously bottlenecking my GTX 280).
Crysis/Crysis Warhead are surprisingly CPU-limited.
The only reason he has the better system ATM is because we are still saving for our i7 systems, but seeing just how good the i5 is has given me second thoughts.
