Hi and Welcome.
I think CycleGear.com has good prices.
And your start-up/throttle issue -- I am by no means a mechanic nor do I really know what I'm talking about but I can tell you that my bike (2012) takes more than 5-10 min to warm up, even on a hot day, and also it needs to warm up in the 2-3k range. I drive mine around with the choke in that position until it really IS warmed up before I close it. If it hesitates at all on the throttle I just don't close it yet. That's how I know she's not warm yet. it's annoying but I've gotten used to it.
