Since I tightened the mounting screw and knobs the vibration greatly improved. There is still some, but not bad. Of course I wasn't on super bumpy roads either. Time will tell how much of an issue it is long-term, since after all, the Nuvi was not designed for motorcycles.... at least that is what they say. I imagine if I used one RAM arm, instead of two, it would cut vibration a little more, but I needed the added articulation.
