Of your choices, I'd go with the Metzeler M5. I've run Metzeler M3's and M1's before and thought they were good tires. As others have said, the 150/60 is the biggest you'll want to run. On the stock rim they'll look a little bigger but not much bigger than the stock tire, if you're wanting to run a 160 rear tire, you'll need to order one of the Ninja 650R rear wheels and adapter kits. Otherwise you're out of luck.
