Pearl Izumi fleece lined running tights over my bike shorts. Pearl Izumi finger gloves (although for roadies, a lot of people sweat by the lobster shape gloves). Pearl Izumi fleece booties over my cleats that come up to my lower shin.
Generally though, layers covered in wind protection.
