I basically did the same exact thing at a stop sign on my first month of riding. Nobody saw me, though. Thank goodness. Had no trouble getting it back up and it didnt do any damage since it was a very slow fall.
I'm sure it'll happen again eventually. No matter how skilled you are I can see many unforseeable events resulting in a 0-mph drop.
