This is one of the reasons why I am so anti-boot. The bottom line is that its ALWAYS better to avoid an accident than survive one. Wearing gear that cause accidents is not a good idea IMHO.
You can spread this crap wherever you want, but you can no longer spread it here. When a newbie posted elsewhere on this site "I heard boots can do more harm than good", it was the last straw.
