Went out to the old settlement of Dixie Valley where the Navy has bought up all the land and installed an Electronic Warfare training simulator thingamajig. Scattered around the valley are visual cueing targets, and I know where two tanks happen to be. Nice having a Picture Game challenge I can do.
Nice thing about this pic is I caught the rising full moon just over the mountains and the camera actually captured it.

I scared up a bobcat the first time I came out here a few years ago. Scared the crap out of me too!
If you've ever seen Into The Wild, a bus similar to the one Alexander Supertramp found is also in this clearing. Once I came out with a few friends who took turns posing along side the bus.
