I've milled a lot of things,I have pictures of it,maybe if you could tell me the name of some simple picture editing program,in which I can mark things,and I'll upload pictures so you can see.... I'm measuring the distance between the rim and the swingarm,and it has to be the same on both sides,like it was on original ninja 250 rim, cca 30 or 31 mm has to be on each side with 650r rear rim..and to align sprockets and chain,I measured 18mm from rear swing arm to sprocket on ninja 250's rim and it has to be like that when I put 650r wheel and sprockets...simple as that...
