Yes I do build all of my vehicles out of square tubing they hold up just fine for the purpose I built them. I'm confused about why you say that the bars holding the head are not finished by the seat? And despite what it looks like my rear bearings are not office chair quality, they are sealed bearings attached to a thick plate of steel, they're not going anywhere in a turn.
