It gets better. When you do a return, you can select either to have your credit card reimbursed 100% of your purchase price or take a 110% store credit. In addition, I believe they give you something like 10% off on your next purchase if you do an online review of the products you buy.... or something like that. Poke around their website and you'll be surprised what a great company this really is.

Glad you got your stuff... still waiting for them to get my helmet in.

For us in Hawaii, I've found their shipping rates to be excellent, especially on larger items. Not many companies know the meaning of customer service these days. It's refreshing to find one that does and goes above and beyond.
