I second the N group pace portion, the monday of my trip in particular brought some fast competitive people into the N group. We're talking guys who were running in the low 1:30s in novice and making somewhat questionable passes. There was one guy who ran in novice then signed on to the I group mock race on monday to place in second, while that can be seen as a bit unusual the point is that it happened.
Ridiculously fun track though, will definitely ride again.
Sidenote: the track chef is pretty good and reasonably priced, I got lunch from him on the 3rd day and $5 went way farther than normal.
