Hi Dennis, welcome to the board. Unfortunately it is almost sure to need the carburetors completely disassembled and thoroughly cleaned. The fuel tank will probably need to be cleaned out with something to remove the crud, if it looks bad inside. The petcock and fuel lines may have suffered too. I stored a motorcycle for a friend here in my climate controlled garage for about that long, and it needed all of the above to run properly again.
