The doctor told me it was arthritis and i had to stop biking before it got worse. I remember one time during my training i felt alot of pressure on my left knee, stopped the bike and to my suprise when i got off i could barely stand up and fell. Thankfully someone called my dad to come and pick me and my bike up.
Never did much biking after that. They doctors could never prove it is arthritis but all i know i can predict when it's gonna rain lol
