If you want a drop in alloy swingarm that's stronger & better than the skinny steel one that comes with it, then a KR1-S one drops right in. I fitted KR1-S front & rear to my ZZR250.

The pivot bolt on mine is 16mm the new SA is 20mm, I used a piece of stainless 20mm OD 16mm ID tube to make up the difference. I fitted a VTR250 rear wheel to match the KR 17" front (KR rears are 18") this setup will take up to a 160 tyre, but I'm on the stock ZZR 140 rear tyre. You need to make up so spacers to get the alignment for chain & I added a torque block to the swinger for the brake stay.
