Made the "New Posts" into a pull-down menu, and now users can choose a few options. You can see new posts since your last visit (same as new posts used to work), but now you can also choose all posts in the last day, 2 days, week, etc. You can also quickly bring up all of your own posts, or all of your own threads. Finally, there is a selection right in that pull-down to quickly mark all forums as read.

(all of this only works if you're logged in, if you're viewing as a guest it's still just a simple "today's posts" link that only brings up posts from the last day)
