Only gotten back-end out once in ~2000 laps by going in too hot and then giving throttle at full lean. That was with Pirelli SC-V2 with 140 rear.
I found using stickier Alpha 13-SP front and regular Alpha-13 rear gave me best balance and lap-times.

I'm not so sure you can attribute this issue strictly to the grip difference betwen a 150 and a 140 width tire. Have you been making ride height adjustments to compensate for any of this?
