Yeah, not all in tyre sizing, just large portion perhaps. I rebuilt front-end over winter, lowered fork in clamps about 12mm and increased rebound-damping. That did seem to improve front-end grip and I dropped a second off my times at Buttonwillow compared to end of season last year on same Alpha 13-SP/Alpha-13 combo.

With A-13SP's front and rear, my rear ride height has been stock. I don't remember my front ride height off the top of my head, but I can measure it and let you know what it is if you're interested.
